Return or Exchange:
One of our core values here at Babydoll is the promotion of thoughtful and mindful purchasing and a move away from fast fashion. As a result of this we've implemented a returns policy which reinforces this message.
We do not accept refunds for returns however we can offer you store credit or the chance to swap for an item of the same value. All our pieces are hand picked and specially sourced therefore it is not feasible for us as a small business. Refunds are only accepted if the item was faulty and not stated so in the item description.
Please note: All Vintage items are preloved and may have signs of wear which will be visible in product images. Please exercise thoughtful purchasing before checking out.
We are happy to exchange items within 14 working days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, which includes any packaging or tags attached. All goods will be inspected on return. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that tracks and insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
I received the wrong item: If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact email@example.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and we will arrange pick up of the item.
